You will notice in race #2 there are two horsese with the Early Speed demarcation of “1”.   Previously, I would have not given either of these horses a “1” and allowed the handicapper to figure as they would figure.   But I have decided, to provide more information – which might be interpreted in a number of ways, including that 1 horse might run well and the other might NOT – or of course the obvious “speed duel” that might be a possibility and thereby you might want to reduce the PPN assigned both horses.   Your the handicapper, I’m the information provider…
