As of publishing time, it had not rained near Belmont.  My spotter lives about 5 miles SE of Belmont which is exactly in the typical weather pattern.  So I have handicapped the card for FAST and Good.  Keep an eye on conditions, and if it turns WET, then promote the “m” and “M” and of course the fabulous “P” horses…

AS for STAR horses our current numbers for the whole month of October are  winnings of $245.90 at a cost of only $190.00.  While this is a terrific month, it still pales by comparison to the incredible month of September when the winning were $513.50 at a nominal cost of only $284.00.   It’s fair to say the STAR have been shining really brightly.  I love the winning and I am working very hard to make this list a winner every month, however, that just isn’t the case and some months are not as good as others…   We will be visiting this subject and others over the next several months, because believe it or not, the STAR horses aren’t the only fabulous advantage the Power Page provides in it’s data form….
