Well, what can I say about last weekends debacle.   However, Archarcharch is a reasonable horse, one who could be a “late developing router” coming to hand at the right time.  All the ‘brilliant horses seem to have headed south about now, The Factor is clearly a sprinter that can’t handle route distances.  From time to time, Baffert can get this horse to go a Mile plus, but he doesn’t have the look of consistency and the route racing is simply bad for this horses form.  IF they keep sending him around 2 turns, then the best sprinter in the past several years will be known for running one unbelievable race (his amazing sprint at Santa Anita) and not much more.  Uncle Mo has gone from an amazing 2 year old, to a tenderly handled 3 year old with plenty of excuses!   Nehro is still eligible for Non-Winners of 1 other than.   And who really knows what’s going on with the Synthetic horses from the Bluegrass, which was a decent race, but was it a decent race for future TURF horses or Kentucky Derby contenders…It’s all a bit much…  Were oh were are Chalie and Woody!
