Met Mil weekend has arrived and it’s always been one of my favorites.   As always, I reflect on the lifetime achievements of  Woody Stephens and magnificent run by the 3 year old, Conquistador Cielo.  Using the Met Mile as the tune-up for his amazing victory in the Belmont…  When Woody was asked about the CC’s chances in the upcoming Belmont, his reply was “they will use his !@#$ as a looking glass!”
