The weather in New York is probably going to be pretty bad, however the rain forecast doesn’t go over 60% until well into the card.    In keeping with my policy handicapping for the scheduled surface unless absolutely certain or facing a nearly 100% forecast, I have handicapped race #4 and Race #6 for the turf and race #9 is handicapped for the DIRT.   This is my best guess!
